Your department, your family, your church, and your business all need someone to take the lead. So, who’s it going to be?
If you’re looking around, waiting for someone else to do it, you’re role as a leader is already off to a follower’s start.
Your people need you to state your goal, articulate your plan, execute the details, and monitor your team’s progress every day.
Buses need a driver. Students need a teacher. Athletes need a coach. And followers need a leader. They need someone who’s willing to communicate, guide, and inspire them. It’s that simple.
What are you going to do this week to help the people who are counting on you? Someone needs to stand up and lead. It starts with you.
