I did, and this year I’m really determined to keep them. But that being said, I have to say… I think New Year’s resolutions are foolish.
Why? Almost everyone makes them, and only a few of us actually keep them for more than a few weeks. And yet year after year, our failed, past attempts don’t stop us from making them again.

Well, actually that’s not completely true. Cheaters often do win. It’s just that their victories are typically short-lived. And in the case of Armstrong, it appears that his winning streak has come to an end.
